GamersHell servers are really slow… Grabbibg the packages at less than 200kB/s when my line can go up to 1.5MB/s…

Do you mind if we host the file on personnal servers and provide a download link in the forum?

As soon as new mirrors appear, we’ll post links! Sorry we have to rely on mirrors, but we can’t afford the bandwidth to host the files ourselves. 🙁

Just wanted to thank you for providing a Linux version. It’s great to be able to get my hands on good games which I can play conveniently without having to reboot into Windows. I look forward to enjoying your future productions as well 🙂 Cheers!

Great! A big THANK YOU to all those behind this game reaching my Mac! Your efforts are really appreciated. Very glad games of this sort are still being made, and that they reach the quality that Book 2 has reached.

I have a problem in Linux Demo

after executing the file eschalon_book_2, I get this message:

    ./eschalon_book_2: /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.11′ not found (required by ./eschalon_book_2)

after some time in google, i found the solution.. i dont have de glibc 2.11.. but this is a very new package, because many distribution of linux, dont have that..

Why this game need the newest version of glibc ???

Thank you so much for making it easy to register the game on my Mac even though I’ve been playing with my registration code on my old PC for the last two weeks. I just couldn’t wait so I had to unearth the PC and start playing at once when the Win version came out…. but now I am so happy I can play on my Mac instead…. what good customer support, it is one of many factors that makes me more than happy to shell out my hard-earned for your wonderful games 🙂

I’d just like to note that it’d ludicrous that your game runs at about half-speed using ‘full graphics’ mode on my 2008 Macbook. How did you make everything so amazingly shiny and graphics-intensive? It’s a crpg on a grid!!

    AND I LOVE IT 😀 😀 😀

Does 1.03 actually add anything for Windows? Will you add it on Impulse then?

Some problem with jackd (why the game needs this?!) — game says ‘Cannot open PortAudio client’ and does not start. jackd in terminal starts to show latency, so e.b. tries to connect. Problem presents in both I and II parts (demoes).

Gibt es das Spiel auch in Deutsch? Würde ich (und sicher ein paar andere auch) sofort kaufen.
