I confess I know very little about coding, but isn't it possible to make experience levels open-ended, rather than stopping at 20, or 40, or whatever it is dependent on the game you're playing?

Just finished the game...
...and I have two things to say:
1) Enjoyed both the "good" and "bad" endings, the animated bad ending was extremely well done. And the good ending sets up well for Book II.
2) Basilisk Wrangler, quit wasting time reading this and get to work on Book II, dammit!

He deserves it anyway, if you've done his quest... ;) I was hoping for something to the effect of: When you return to Aridell after delivering the letter, the town's in a dither because Brother Michael has dragged off by the authorities, with a new priest now in town...that gave cheaper healing! Ah...

Thanks for the tip...but my only character at the moment can only cast Charm level 1...not good enough to appease Brother Michael.acoustibop wrote:BTW if you upset NPCs you should be able to remedy that by casting Charm on them, Cal.

Did you ever get the Marasuma blade? Dang that thing did some damage! I only had one party find that thing in all the times I played the game. :x The funniest one was the Blade Cuisinart!
