Immediately north-west of Lorewitch tower is an construction situated at the very corner of the map section. I can't figure out what it is and am going to leave this area soon for the end-game. Any idea what this is? If it is a plot-point I'd rather not know, but it doesn't look like one.

That's good to know. Unfortunately we have no way of distinguishing between the bug and a planned blockage.

On Ubuntu I can't enter Westwillow, but I also get the exact same message when trying to enter the cave on the west side of Yoma River Valley. I don't know if it is the same issue but if so 1.04 needs to resolve all these issues at once.
