Good to know the saves are cross platform! Just picked up a Macbook Pro and I am looking forward to playing Book II on both it and my main desktop PC. The game rocks on MBP! If you transfer your saves from Windows, it would be better to zip the save first, copy them to Mac, then unzip them on Mac. ...

Saved game transfer works even on different platforms - I easily moved my saves from Ubuntu to Mac.

Slot 1 = Quick save and so on...

Monsters do not respawn, however I believe the probability of getting attacked during the sleep does not depend on the fact is the area clear or not...

I believe some people may want to hack the char for some reason, so if you try to stop them, well... They will manage it anyway.

As for me, this game is too short to speed it up.
