Re: where am I?

so I can get trained in cartography and raise the skill without having to use skill points? I guess I didn't know that that option existed; or that the game had trainers. Yes, there are several trainers, BUT, not for every skill. One set of skills are hidden in an out of the way place. First time t...

Re: where am I?

It's funny that the cartography trainer is in Port Kuudad, as that is the town I've been busting my nuts trying to find! Old school it is then!

PS - so you say 3 levels of cartography will be adequate?

where am I?

I have trouble remembering where I am going from one map to the next, especially when my gaming sessions are weeks apart. Is there a way to tell where I am on non town maps? Also, I seem to get hosed by being on the wrong side of impassable water quite often. Is there a way to aid in my navigating? ...

Re: builds vs Book 2

How do I know, in either game, when I have reached max mana regen, or health regen for that matter? Thanks

Re: builds vs Book 2

I based the stats off the generic Healer stats that the game provides for a pre made character. I don't use alot of magic; more of a supplement to the melee terror I like to rain down on my foes. YARGGHHH!!! "In Book I, regen is capped much lower than in Book II, so you'll have plenty...

builds vs Book 2

I have both Book 1 and 2, but have not played Book 1 very much. Can I assume that an effective Healer build will be the same in either game? In other words, can I use the same setup and play essentially the same way skill wise? Thanks here is what I rolled in Book 2, but haven't been able to even co...

Re: where can I buy the Lore spell

Bought one finally - Now I have plenty to eat! On another note - any suggestions for archer enemies? I am under the dam and the skeletal archers are really tough on my guy. Fleshboil isn't real effective (of course, they are all bones) - and melee works well, but they tend to run away and keep a dis...
