Re: ESCHALON TRILOGY - Q&A (SPOILERS)
Just finished Book III this weekend and I just wanted to post a hearty thanks to Thomas and the gang for developing the trilogy. I've been playing the newly released Baldur's Gate II and was worried that when Eschalon Book III came out that I would be underwhelmed. I wasn't. It's quite fun and addic...

Just wondering if there was an update. Still not available on the App Store. Are you having any issues with what they're finding?BasiliskWrangler wrote:The App Store has a longer approval process. Re: Min-Maxxing & Exploits
For non-weapon training, quests still could add special techniques or recipes, or even spells. Alchemy: recipe for a memory-erasing potion that reduces you a level (lose exp as well) in return for some skill points Cartography: NPC draws a location or two on your map, in detail Meditation: some sli...

Re: 'Wishlist' Focus: Creatures You'd Like To See in Book II
I must be in the minority. In addition to dragons, which have been hinted at in the artwork, I was hoping for some elves, in order to take on some magic using/ranged enemies. We meet at least one half elf in Book I, I believe, who teaches archery, so the world theoretically has them.

Weapon skill levels
Can someone point me to the impact/value of assigning more skill points to weapons beyond 10? I've seen mention of maxing out at 32 for weapons and 44 for shields, but am not sure what the bang for the buck is. Sorry if there's an obvious place, but I haven't found it in casual looking. I seem to re...

Re: Combination locks in the Zeblin's Lair
Way older (1200's). It goes back to a medieval Papal Legate who ordered the army to kill the citizens of a southern French town that was know to have Cathars, who were considered heretical Christians by the church. But the town also had Catholics, so the army chief asked, but what about the Catholic...

Thanks, Cap'n. By the way, I love your signature. I wonder how many are aware of the reference.

Combination locks in the Zeblin's Lair
I took out Zeblin hoping he would have the combinations for the three chests located elsewhere in his lair. Are these just to tease, or is there another encounter that yield the necessary tidbits. . .

Re: Trying to avoid the Destroyer route. . .
Ok, that didn't take long. Sorry for the silly question. I walked right by the pedestal and didn't see it for a while. Thanks for a great game. My daughter loved playing with me and she's 30 years younger. Great job.

Trying to avoid the Destroyer route. . .
I'm in Bastian Spire and have a feeling I need to place the Crux of Ages in the bottom portion of the map, but I can't seem to open the gate. Not sure how to proceed. . .
