Will Book II run on older graphic cards?

as the resolution for Book II will most likely be 1024*768 - can you already say if this resolution will also run fast on older AGP Graphic cards like the Radeon 9600? How much RAM should you have?

I would like to ask two things: first if you are already in the development for Book II and second if a subscription option (pay in advance via credit card) would be a reasonable way to finance and to legitimize the work on the sequel.
