Re: 4 chests puzzle (spoilers)

The only other way to get a small candle is by chance with one of the general merchants. As I remember I got mine from Jarvik in Eastwillow. No, at least at one place there seems to be always a candle: At Port Kuudad, you can find the drunk officer from Book I. At that place there's a barrel, where...

Clicking will just separate the items in a stack, so... what buttons are left to get potion descriptions?!
Only pointing with the mouse without clicking could display after a short delay a description of the potion.

Re: convent well

This iron gate is supposed to be an exit not an entry.
You should find a way to the other side and may move the lever.
But behind the gate there is nothing essential.

Re: Cannot find a way to Picaroon Isle (Spoilers)

When talking to Edon, you should have the option to buy a passage.
If not, something must be missing.

You've got the crux from the dwarfen mines?

Re: Console command for teleport

Ooh, I would certainly like a keyboard shortcut specifically geared for the Portal spell. Maybe just "P" or something... You can assign spells to the 1-9 keys: Call the spell menu, select a spell and select the strength. Don't close the menu, but hit the 1-9 key which you like to assign. ...

Re: Chronograph

Oh, I see.
If you don't want to be in the daylight, the chronograph helps to spend the day in the dungeons and you know when it's time to get out.

That was too easy to figure it out

What did you do with it?
I though it would be a more or less useless gadget :?

Are there any situations where you need to know the exact time?

Yes, it is.
But you can also use the quick travel function by clicking on the map.
Than you can travel to already activated waypoints.

Re: Loot bag obscured

With enough cartography skill, the bag is marked pink on your map.
Don't be afraid, it stays on the map until you loot it. So you may come back, when you're better in carthography.
You can also search with the mouse. When you're on the bag it lits up.

Re: A fun to read guide [Work in progress]

That's a quite interesting guide. I never thought that merchantile could be such a handy skill. You guide does work, but I think it could spoil gaming fun. From the role playing view it's a little bit strange too. Imagine, one fine day you get a strange massage. You visit the man who wrote that mass...
