Re: RPGs for PC

Very cool, Over_cloud9...thanks for the info! I like the whole story arc thing, so I'll be downloading Lord of Twilight by this weekend.

Re: RPGs for PC

Quick question(s), Over_cloud9:

How many Aveyond games are there, and, if I download/purchase them all, in what order should I play them? Thanks.

Re: RPGs for PC

Trying to download Legionwood. Blasted onsite advertisements and pop up advertisement windows keep forcing the game download page to load and reload and load and reload and, well...you get the picture, I'm sure...grrrrr. Funny, but I didn't have that problem when I downloaded EpiQuest. Might be my c...

Thanks, Dundonalddub and CycyX. Thanks to your input, I've now put Laxius Force I and II on my list to download, and, I'll be keeping an eye out for Laxius III. Glad you chimed in.

That actually makes better sense if you have experience playing EpiQuest. Sorry about that.

Re: RPGs for PC

Thanks for posting the site, Over_Cloud. I downloaded and played EpiQuest (for several days running)...a game that plays much like the Dragon Warrior/Quest and Final Fantasy games of old. I liked it, save for the fact that as your characters become stronger, so too do your enemies, grrrrr, lol. I am...

Laxius revisited:

Has anyone played the Laxius games? I am asking because there seems to be Laxius Force games, and Laxius Power games, and I am having a bit of trouble discovering whether or not they are one in the same, or do they take place within two seperate gaming worlds? I am downloading "Laxius Power: Random ...

Re: Underworld

For old folks like me who date back to the NES and the Sega Master System, I am reminded of Dragon Warrior/Quest III which had, or rather has (I have the game upon both the NES, and upon my GBA) an extensive overworld to explore, as well as an almost equally extensive underworld, each complete with ...

Re: New Look for the Forums, Nice!

The old version fit nice within the small, flat screen monitor I am using. The new version spills over so that I have to scroll back and forth to read posts. No...no complaints here. I'm just saying... Oh, I'm planning on picking up a Note Book either in April or May. I wonder if I'll have the same ...

Re: Sim City

Cool, Dragon Lady. I went ahead and downloaded it last night, or rather very, very early this morning, lol. Turns out I can't play it at this time, due to the fact that the flat screen monitor I'm currently using is too small for the game. Decided to go ahead and finally download Ara Fell this after...

Re: Cool RPG features you want to see again.

While I enjoy solo character adventures, as a whole I prefer party-based RPGs. I also like being able to choose the name, gender, race and class of each party member. Er...add to that: being able to choose each character's portrait/icon is cool, as well. To me, what all of that and more equals...is ...

Re: Sim City

Here is what seems to be a SimCity clone, playable under Windows, and/or Mac. I can't download it just yet...I have several games to download and try before giving this one a go, so if you (anyone) download(s) and play(s) it, please come back here and tell us what you think about it. http://www.raum...
