Only negatives to this game are the battles are quite large and do take quite a bit of time. However, I do find the turn based battles quite fun....

Another gripe is the gold management, its heavy and you cant find enough stuff to buy so your always carry alot of gold.....

Yea I bought the Gamefest Forgotten Realms classic set that included all of the forgotten realms gold box games for the PC. However, only drawback is I couldnt get the sound to work at all with those installs. I found a version on a freeware site that the music did work, so I am playing that current...

I remember staying up days straight to play it. I thought maybe it was because I was a kid. But you know what? If you c...

I played through the first one, and it was an enjoyable game, yes it was a little too hack and slash heavy.

not sure what happened with the 2nd one, didnt hold my interest long either.

Will the character progress levels rather quickly or will it take a while? I think todays games have to many levels and level up too quickly. The old style games were more challenging to level up and I found this much more rewarding when you finally do. Ok; 2 questions here. Will got be plentiful or...

Dungeons?

Hello,

Im curious about the dungeons. What are they going to entail? Of course I wouldnt want spoilers, but do they have their own stories within the dungeons, or are they more hack and slash areas?

I have always found that hack and slash dungeons with nothing new to discover get rather boring.
