Re: (Book I Mod) RD's Book I Mod

Wow, it's been a while since I've played through this mod, but as I recall the widgets you find in the secured area activate a series of machines that open the one-way exit. I seem to recall there being three widgets, but that may be a false memory.

I'm thinking you may still come out with TRC before the Mac or Linux versions of Bard's Tale IV come out. ;-)

Have a great holiday and we're all looking forward to what you can do in 2019.

Yes. People must be allowed to fail in their own way. ;-) As long as he's having fun, though, he's not really failing.

Re: Anyway out of the last dungeon tulashon?

He cannot win without the Crux, but he should be able to walk back out of Talushorn. You don't get trapped inside. It's not a one-way decision going in there. One of the really cool things in the Eschalon games is just how open the world is. For the most part, you can go where you want and find your...

Which is just the thing for that "monk" wanting to fight his way through some spirits.

The problem is that Paul crossed Abbey Road barefoot. There is no cure for that.

Re: What are you currently playing?

Since I never played the original PoE, I was going to buy it (it was on sale @ various outlets) so I could play through it first. Then I realized it was already in my Steam library... likely added in one of the many Humble Bundles I've binged on. I still ended up going back to humblebundle.com and ...

Played a bit of PoE 2 yesterday and got my first chance to blow up a gunpowder barrel. You can actually break the barrel without it exploding, also, and create a little pile of gunpowder to then blow up. I didn't test its effectiveness that way, as I wasn't intending on breaking the barrel that firs...

Just yesterday I was fishing and I heard a commotion and my companion was yelling, and I turn around to see a damn bear attacking the fishing vendor at the dock. Of course the game yells at me when I shoot the bear and the bullets ...
