Like xolotl I've been playing around with Hex editors and Action Replay carts since the Amiga days and in some cases had more fun doing that than actually playing the game.
I see nothing wrong if someone wants to play around with there character file

Re: Fallout: New Vegas
A HUGE disappointment and is worse than Fallout 3 - unoptimized engine - half finished scenery - fall through scenery - lifeless world (not many enemy's) - empty world (locations that have nothing at them and are meaningless and very little to explore - it's a boring World ) you have to shoot 5000 r...

Re: 2Worlds II
Release date mid to end of this September - this time around I'm pre-ordering direct from website - I noticed if you sign up to the shop on the website you get a 10 Euro discount per title.
So for 52 Euro I get better Value including postage than the crap peddled here in Australia

Re: No game balance/cheat codes needed to level the field
Actually I'd be asking why Book 2 doesn't have a Difficulty system Like
Easy
Normal
Hard
Hardcore
It's all n Good to have a Hardcore player tell you the game is easy and all but that doesn't help the Average player now does it.

Re: Advice for a Ranger
I don't think I'll ever play a Ranger or combo of again as I think there is way too many restrictions placed on this build and frankly I'd hate to start the game all over again and yes one round would not be an issue if a bow is all that was being swapped but it's not. The game becomes extremely bor...

Re: Advice for a Ranger
Ranged-only is viable for a character that's part of a group of adventurers. Solo, it's expensive and unnecessarily complicated to rely on bows exclusively. They should be used for softening up a target or finishing off one that's fleeing. I see a lot of comments on immersion and believability abou...

Re: Advice for a Ranger
Again in book 2 I wonder if Bows are even worth playing considering you miss 7 times out of 10, -25% for long shots -60% for very long shots - why bother ? I'm sure the game is Geared for Melee only

Re: Identify
Yeah I know - I need some sleep and keep posting in wrong section but also I've started the game with all options on except the no save when poisoned etc and started as a wizard so spending points in repair and merc at the start is very hard when trying to build your character up

Identify
Anyone else think Identify in shops is a bit high - it always costs more to Identify an item than what it's worth so in fact it is costing you money just to see you have a piece of JUNK - might as well throw all these items away
