Did you yet go through the gate with the number lock in the south-eastern corner of Boglands?
Or else, go through the locked gate in the south of Rockhammer Mine?

Since Alchemy doesn't work on all attire, I'm glad another method has been found to harden Common Peasant Breeches.

Re: Book III Expansion Planned!
Oh, wow, that is new!!! BasiliskWrangler hasn't said that before, in fact he was always saying fans could do something with the loose ends present in Book III.
I've certainly answered someone wrong in the Steam forum somewhere, as I was guessing there wouldn't be an expansion...

Re: Difficulty of Book III
I've read quite a few reactions to the game, and what people seem to like most about Book III is exploration design and puzzles. Nobody says combat is the best part. So if you make combat more difficult people will probably not like that. Personally I find it very dependent on how it is set up. Is t...

There's another way to find out about the Blackened Bone Tavern as well, maybe you'll find that out yourself, it just involves snooping around.

Re: Ranimer quest bug report **SPOILERS**
What would be interesting to know is how the situation can be reproduced of you not being able to ask Ranimer for the note, while you haven't yet opened up the passage with the magic password.
If you still have a save which reflects this situation, that also would be interesting.

Have you got Erubor's letter from Lilith and did you read it?

Re: Maximum Exp?
A good source for end rankings is the Steam forum screenshots section: http://steamcommunity.com/app/257870/screenshots/ . I see someone got to level 30, the total experience never gets mentioned on those end screens, just the final level. I suppose for level 30 you need to do a hell of a lot of cam...

Re: Couple of questions please
The higher your weapon skill becomes, the more points you need to put in it to keep improving it. I'm not a number cruncher, but maybe at a skill level of 32 you were already pretty maxed out in Book I and II, in Book III this may require a level of 42 or so. In the manual there is a better descript...

Re: General Thoughts on Book III, So Far (some SPOILERS)
I believe in general additional skills are less worthwhile in Book III, but definitely Alchemy has suffered. The game is shorter and the Alchemy trainer isn't easily accessible, so your chance to develop Alchemy is less. There are also no dwarven ghosts who drop Ectoplasm, while that is a crucial co...

Re: Bugs/Errors/Exploits/Typos/Glitches (possible spoilers)
I have to be careful not to make any mistakes. Was I supposed to capitalize English in those two places? Ah, some of the world's best art has horrible spelling mistakes. Do you remember this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2DBcbZc3ck . The composer, instead of 'A goddess on a mountain top' h...

Re: my brain forgotted from E 1 and 2
It's a bit difficult to answer this without giving some minor spoilers, so beware that the following gives some minor spoilers (although nothing too specific): At your character set-up screen it takes 3 points to learn the first skill point in something, so it's uneconomical to start with many skill...

Re: Dodge OP skill?
Book III is the first book where the Dodge skill has been tied to the Speed attribute, although the manual or in-game text help hasn't been updated to reflect this. Dodge should be better than your calculations suggest, but how exactly Speed has been factored in I don't know. There's no trainer for ...
