As far as I know +3 is the maximum that you can enchant things too. Now it is possible on rare occasions to find an object that is already enchanted to +4 but you, the player, can't enchant anything past +3.

Thanks for the update! It's getting close... I can almost feel it. Truth be told a December or January release would be optimal for me considering how much school I have to do right now.

I didn't know the torches in Aridell replenished themselves, is that true of all towns (that have torches)?
