Re: Level 11 still havent started Main Quest-Where are you?
As far as I know the encounters during camp are connected to the area you are camping in. E.g. Salted Fungus will always spawn in areas they are supposed to - and regardless of your level. Concerning the "trouble-areas": every area I encountered more than two goblins in  has been a h...

Re: Need Help with Concussion
How do you suffer from a concussion? This never occurred to me and I played as a fighter who is determined to receive a lot of physical damage.
Maybe it only happens when you do not wear a helmet (and I mean a real helmet not just some sort of head gear)?

Re: Lantern refill + script error
I cannot say anything about the lantern refill because I only use torches. But the script error occured several times at different locations and always when I used the lever before and then attacked it. Maybe you cannot attack it but have to use it instead or you used it before and it will not move ...

Re: Spoilers inside. Question about my remaining secrets uns
Spontaneously, I was thinking of the end of all darkness related dungeon problems. Behold! Branch + Vellum linen + Demon Oil III = Everlasting torch  There is an item like this in Book III - just buy a luminous ring at your local magic shop. That´s true, but I avoided this ring because I felt...

Re: Spoilers inside. Question about my remaining secrets uns
[...] While the branch was originally going to be a bow crafting quest, we decided that the branch could be made into almost anything and would make a great quest object for a modder. Spontaneously, I was thinking of the end of all darkness related dungeon problems. Behold! Branch + Vellum linen + ...

Re: My Skelly Farm
Hey, how did you: open the gate to the chest? pull the lever you see in the screenshot / pull the lever in the corridor down-left from the first lever / shoot the third lever through the window from the room right to the second lever (the lever-to-be-shot is down-left from the window you are shooti...

Re: Barrel Trolls and Unreachable Locations (minor spoilers)
From my experience, wandering away from the battlefield being useless, I think the side you choose wins no matter what; regardless of if you help or not. "My" side only won when I engaged in combat, though I did not deal much damage compared to the overall damage done. But it is possible ...

Not surprising, but below is the portrait I use. Meanwhile, Calathon, I'm still just trying to figure out why your character portrait is James Purefoy ! Heh... :P ;) You are right, he looks like me! :D Maybe he is a gamer as well or simply a face model for CRPG. Yeah, I think it is the...

Re: Dwarf as a chosen race
I'm pretty sure that if I had made the animation of your character appear to be running , but the overall scrolling speed was the same , we'd get no complaints at all. The power of illusion! But then you would have a lot of people complaining about always running into traps because they canno...

Re: Dwarf as a chosen race
I had no problems with how fast the character walked. In fact, I did not notice any change in speed between part I and II. I think the walking speed is quite fine and I would not like to have the option to run - not if there would not be any limitations concerning carrying weight, because a fully ar...

Not surprising, but below is the portrait I use. This picture was taken from the character portrait pack for Baldur´s Gate 1+2, which contains a lot of nice portraits for different classes (male and female): http://www.moddb.com/games/baldurs-gate-ii/addons/ultimate-portrait-pack-baldurs-gate...

I do not know if this is relevant, but when I hover over the various paying options of EB: III on http://basiliskgames.com/purchase the pop-up reads "Purchase Eschalon: Book II (two)".

Re: Difficulty
I assume the game mechanics will not be too different to the predecessors, so the difficulty depends on how you play and understand the game. When I started EB II my character did not know anything about alchemy, he did not know any spell and he was broke, too. So what did I do for healing? I just c...
