I find the game to be a bit challenging. You kind of have to take it slow, it's almost impossible to just charge through the game hacking and slashing

What Bernie said. I wold probably rate Neverwinter Nights over Baldur's Gate, but whey both rock.

Plimus has been processing my order for 7 hours now.

I have done everything I can in the demo version, so now I just have to sit around and wait for them to get their act together

It seems quite polished, animations are smoother, the graphics are nicer, menus are more innovative and that opening sequence was awesome

But the essence of the game has not been compromised, which truly is awesome. As soon as I fired it up I knew I was playing an Eschalon game

1 year for me. Its been painful enough. I cant imagine waiting two and a half years

I too am predicting that my entire life will be put on hold until I finish Book II for thew first time

But cant download Book II because of my stupid time zone

I may live in Middle Earth, but I cant roleplay in Eschalon
