In windowed mode the game perform flawlessly but any time I try to start it in full screen mode the game crashes instantly. Below is the output from the terminal when launched.

Yes I am. I have a a few machines and run everything through a KVM to my big monitor.

Not sure why this is the case, but I cannot run the game in full screen on my dual monitor setup either. I get the same error as you.
I've mentioned is several places that Basilisk Games doesn't have a lot of control over the low-level communication between driver and hardware. The best I can tell you is to try different drivers, or temporarily shut down the 2nd monitor when you run the game.
I will get a bug report into the compiler developer ASAP, but I do not know how long a fix will take.

It sounds like this. Lets hope it gets fixed.
