I currently have actually both Books 1 & 2 bought on Steam, can I get them working via wine or Crossover Games?

Thanks!
Andrew.

Steam itself runs in both, I believe; you'd be best off just trying it yourself. I'm guessing that very few Linux users have tried, since there's the native versions available.

I have, and I get errors on the menu in Bk 2, and the main menu is black in Bk 1. Just curious if there is a known fix or whatnot to work around this. My main setup is using CXG 9.2.1 right now.

OK, after googling around for what the menu looks like, I got Bk 1 working under CXG. Here is my appdb entry with them:

Any hints with Bk 2 would be greatly appreciated.

For an idea of what I get:

The amount of effort it would take to get the games running in Wine would seem to outweigh the relatively small cost of purchasing a copy of the native Linux build direct from Basilisk. But hey, as long as you're having fun!
