11 officially, and probably 5-6 non-official testers (people who have tinkered around with the game for a few hours and gave feedback, but aren't credited as being testers).IJBall wrote:So, out of curiosity - in the end, how many Beta testers were ultimately utilized for Book II?BasiliskWrangler wrote:See front page, or the Announcements forum!

BW, will the game also be available for affiliate sales on those dates? I would love to add Book 2 to my catalog...

Okay CB, now it's your turn to tell us what you think about Book II. Dragonlady apparently is thrilled, but how did you like it?

MUAHAHAHA!CrazyBernie wrote:Assuming I was in the beta, I'd imagine there'd be an Non-disclosure Agreement preventing me from discussing any beta related shenanigans. That's why you'll probably only see BW posting beta related stuffs. Besides, I wouldn't give away any details anyways, because it's more fun that way!!

Okay - Dragonlady and Rune_74 are giving positive feedback. I think CB's opinion is also positive - although he is to be admired for honoring his Beta testing agreement. I take it that the capitol letters and exclamation points mean excitement.

I can tell you what I know about CB: I know he likes the game enough to want to see it be as good as it can be. He has contributed to its creation so he'll want to see it succeed in this regard.Painted Lady wrote:Okay - Dragonlady and Rune_74 are giving positive feedback. Is it his favorite game of all time? No, but then if you knew how many times he's played it, you'd understand why. He's been involved with it since last year and he has put more hours into testing the game than just about anyone other than myself.
CB has a lot of great ideas. I incorporated what I could into this game, but there is much more that I didn't have time to get in. His input has determined many of the features that we'll see in Book III.
