I am eagerly awaiting Book II on Steam after playing Eschalon I at my friend's house but I have a couple of questions which I hope someone can answer.

Will I be able to use my character/save game from the demo in the Steam versions?
Any idea on what the pricing on steam is going to be like, specifically what will the Europe/UK price be?
