50 is almost 15 levels... hmmm

what is the correlation between hide and move silent?
what should I cap move silent at to sneak up on people effectively?

I haven't yet tried out high Move Silent, so I don't know what it needs to be most effective. It also has to do with your choices of armor, I know. Play with it and see how things go.
