sealed building in Port Kuudad
Is there a way to access the sealed building next to the Dark Magic shop in the NE corner of Port Kuudad - looks like it has a portal inside.

In fact, saving before breaking, entering or lock picking is always a good idea in Port Kuudad.

When breaking and entering make sure the guards can't see you.
