Hello. Some of you may remember xolotl's savefile editor for Book 2. I was asking, is there a way to reset the preferences for the file locations. I botched something up and now I cant set the file locations right, since the saved games are located in the hidden AppData folder.
Thank you!
EDIT: Well... I sort of fixed it by copying the savegame folder from AppData to a new non-hidden folder. I hope this doesn't break anything and I'm still wishing for a better solution.

Re: Book 2 Savefile editor problem
It looks like Windows drops the editor preferences in a file called config.ini in the same folder as the editor executables. You should be able to delete that and let the editor re-create it.

There is no such file as config.ini in the folder, but I found another file named "preferences.ui". Could that be the one?

No, it's definitely config.ini. Can you do a file search for that name? You'll probably find more than one, but the one you want will be in a folder related to the editor.

Re: Book 2 Savefile editor problem
Sorry, it should be in <your home directory>/Application Data/ or <your home directory>/Local Settings/Application Data/.

Ah, now I found it, and that seems to have done the trick. Thank you!
In a nutshell for other people who have this problem on Windows:
Go to your AppData folder, search for config.ini in "Eschalon Savefile Editor" folder and delete it.
