Web Site problems...

Post by BasiliskWrangler »

Sorry- some of you may have visited the site this morning and realized you were redirected to a Michigan dentist's website. Technical issues with our web host. Should be all better now, but we might see a few more hiccups this afternoon as they wrap up the "unscheduled maintenance event".
See my ramblings and keep up with the latest news on Twitter & Facebook.

Oh dear, someone trod all over the virtual server configuration? Tsk tsk... :)

To be fair, I've come fairly close to doing that a few times myself on my server. Admittedly it only serves mine, plus a couple of friends' sites, but I try to run it like a professional web host for the sysadmin experience. My favourite trick was to put all the virtual server configs into the right place, but forget to set the permissions such that Apache could read them... Oops.
