Webcomics for D&D fans

Post by Lord_P » October 5th, 2013, 11:32 pm

Instead of rising the webcomic thread from the grave, I decided to start a new one.

I want to suggest 2 webcomics I like. They revolve around d&d and poke fun at it. They are also both composed of captured still-frames, but that doesn't dim their humor in any way.

DM of the Rings - teaches us that a Lord of the Rings -campaign would be a poor idea. Uses frames from the three movies. Pokes fun at LOTR and d&d. Most jokes are about the railroading DM constantly oppressing the players. Finished.

Darths & Droids - instead of railroading, Darths & Droids is about when everything goes Off the Rails. Same as DMoTR, but with Star Wars. Unfinished.

Forgive me for this shameless promotion, but I thought they could be of interest to someone.
