Story gap curiosity canon thread

Hello ppl,

I had an idea;
Those not planning to repeat the game (due to time restrictions, of course) but spotted something that made them curious can ask a question, and someone else answer. And we could collect them all in the same thread. Like this one, with the perfectly descriptive title, for instance.

Now, I do not know if this thread will take off, but at least I expect an answer to what irks me;
In E1, if you kill Lilith

and loot her underground vault,

what do you get? Can you enter

any of the vaults other than your own and Liliths?

And then what do you find?

Only two vaults are accessible in Book I. Lilith's contains
