1) Next week is filled with a ton of other obligations, and if I don't start the process today we may not get to it next week.
2) We've had requests for Linux review copies and I need to get 1.04 ready ASAP for them. The normal version of 1.03 still has some notable Linux bugs.
3) Because we've got to start integrating the add-on content, which can't be done until 1.04 is locked. Waiting another week is going to put us behind schedule.
4) There are simply no more game-crushing bugs remaining, and even 99% of the minor bugs appear fixed. Why wait any longer?

God bless you, BW!!BasiliskWrangler wrote:Change Log for version 1.04 FINAL:
* Fixed a few bad focus points in the Character Editor.
* Some Merchants have had their base gold reserves raised.
* When reparing items, the cost of the repair goes into Merchant's reserves.
Very cool that you're upping some of the merchants' cash-on-hand after all.
P.S. Once v1.04 is "live" this thread should probably be "locked" - those of us who come across any new minor bugs can put them into a new thread for v1.05!

Well, it's only a minor raise. For example, Mohal now has 6000gp in his reserves, but when combined with other techniques (such as buying smaller items from him first to boost his gold reserves) you can probably get rid of many of the more powerful items.IJBall wrote:Very cool that you're upping some of the merchants' cash-on-hand after all.

Locked. All future bug reports or problems need to go into a new topic.
