When I try to talk to the Cartography trainer in Port Kudad he doesn't seem very interested in training me. I promise I didn't offend him, unless he doesn't like rich Rangers.
Does anybody have an idea what I did?

Nevermind when I closed the game and reopened it, he was willing to help. A little quirky.
