We have a small update for Linux users. This will fix the "can't equip trousers" bug reported here. The bug that was found is on Linux only and will actually prevent anyone from wearing any chain or plate leggings.

[update] Version "1.03b" now online also fixes the "can't view finished quests" bug reported below.

Grab the compressed file from the link below. The package contains only the executable. You need to extract it and then overwrite the existing eschalon_book_2 file where you installed the game.

Once you start the game, you will see that this version is "1.03b".

When I right-click the journal to see finished and failed quests. It crashes the game. Not something that's very important to fix though.

I can confirm this bug. Exits out with a segmentation fault.

Same thing here. It's the first time the game crashed on me since the trouser bug. Otherwise the game has been running flawlessly.

YES!

Exactly the problem I just encountered about a half hour ago. Finally found a decent pair of leggings and was getting denied because of a segmentation fault.

Thanks.

Just to make things less confusing, I am locking this topic and removing the link. This topic is no longer valid- just download the latest version (1.05 as of this post) and use it.
