Re: Materials & Items Wish List
I hope that the item and material list will be based solely around the setting of the game. That's how it works in all the real atmospheric and great rpgs.
For all you know it could be a jungle setting and then materials should be like giant beetle exoskeletons, special strong vines (of whatever name), obsidian...
Practically no metal really and definitely no metal armors because who in their right mind would wear plate armor and a use a two handed sword in a forest, much less a jungle.
You'd die from exhaustion and won't be able to even swing the weapon

I see ur point but for ex. if it was a mithril plate and sword there shouldnt be any problemLightzy wrote:Practically no metal really and definitely no metal armors because who in their right mind would wear plate armor and a use a two handed sword in a forest, much less a jungle.

and still i was gona suggest later on how stuff & places should affect water and food consumption
* if the weight of items carried is exhausting it should consume more water and food
* also if the map is desert or volcanic it should consume more water
* if it was cold or a dungeon it consume more food
-hemp is so close to vinesLightzy wrote: For all you know it could be a jungle setting and then materials should be like giant beetle exoskeletons, special strong vines (of whatever name), obsidian...
-obsidain is added

-at least give our hero a little pride to wear nice looking clothes
