Basilisk Games have updated their "About Us" page.

And regarding this little thing called DRM…

When you buy a game from us, it is yours forever. Download it and back it up.

We will never require an internet connection to validate your game. We don’t care how many times you install your game on computers you own.

We only ask that you tell your friends to buy their own copy.

They aren't going to act like a certain AAA game company and irritate their customers?

but honestly we have always know this about BW. He has said so in the past as well. One of the many great things about Thom.

Yep. I think he added it to the About page to be sure people deciding whether or not to try the games would see it. Also, it adds the information to more searches this way rather than just having it in replies on the Message Boards.

Thank goodness… That has always perplexed me. Just why would I buy a game and then have to buy time to actually play it??? Maybe it's worth it, but I haven't seen any reason to find out. I like being able to play a game at will once I've purchased it.
