Mana for Healers

It didn't scale to Wisdom in Book II due to a bug iirc.
Is that fixed? If it is, how does it work, is it like a replacement for Perception or does it add extra MP on top of what perception does?

Intelligence/Wisdom increase mana gained at level up (1 MP per 10 points), but not as much as Perception (1 MP per 5 points). Magick Users get the bonus from Intelligence, Healers get it from Wisdom, and everybody else doesn't get it at all.
