Archery Range, Western Astral Range

Post by agnari »

there seems to be a pit blocking my way into the area beyond it.

Is this just pretty flux to fill the screen but you can not really get into the area? Or have I missed something critical and/or have my head up my ___ and not thinking straight.

thanks mate, didn't think of that option and as a skill of 6 that may take a while longer then I tried.

Use finesse mode since you don't have to worry about damage.

Didn't know that would increase your accuracy for a bullseye. Guess it makes sense considering it increases your hit chance.

I wouldn't worry about it, even with 0 points in bows I've always been able to hit the bullseye within 2 or 3 shots.

I bought one point from Alywin, which combined with the two that Bittersting gives was enough to use it with no penalty. That gave me 24% bullseye chance without even switching to precision mode.

Damn... I was playing as True Mage, so no goodies for Marcus, I'm afraid.

The "True-Mage-Challenge" will not be failed if you use a bow on the target - I do not know if this is a bug (because you did strike an object with a physical weapon) or if it is just this way to ensure that you can discover all secrets without failing a challenge (though I do not know if the other challenges are possible with every secret).
Anyway, I used a bow on the target and the "True-Mage-Challenge" did not fail for me.
