News section at RPG Codex. RPG Codex had a review of the game and convinced me it was something I would like.

Jeff Vougal mentioned it in an interview with a Gaming Website. Jeff then posted the interview on the Spiderweb Games website.

I receive frequent e-mails from MacGameStore, BigFish games and others and enjoy trying before buying the games. The beginning of the game was frustrating but something kept nagging at me that this game deserved a second look. I spent a little more time with it and decided to buy the full version. I've been astounded by the game. It truly is addictive. It is challenging without being impossible and it is pleasing to discover ways to defeat the enemies and finally find an object or route to another area. I prefer to buy my own copy of games that I play and this one really deserves a lot of sales.

All I did was google "old school rpgs" one day when I had a craving.

Go figure, it was the #1 hit.

Found it on Mac Game Files, and possibly one or two more before I decided to download it and give it a try.

Ditto. (And, ironically enough, I was looking up "Call of Duty" type games at the time! Go figure!!)

I heard about it a little while ago in the Greenhouse Games newsletter. Unfortunately, my computer was down at the time, so I didn't get around to playing it until these past couple weeks.

Gametunnel's review.

I gotta say this is my first western rpg in many years and the first I have been able to really get into.
I generally stick to jap rpgs but there's something special about this game......
