You will soon become a complete addict - in the best sense of the word, of course.

Thank you guys and gals.
So far its been a good game.Of course...I'm still an early day fan..Gold box,and all the rest..
Might wind up re-rolling my character.Better understanding of what does what now.
Though I did just find my first magic weapon.(well, first of the type I use).

BW you nail the feel of the old games perfectly, everything works right on my vista system.Hopefully one of the bigger publishing houses takes you under thier wings.
If that's something you would want.Well...enough gabbing and praise...I have critters to deal with.

Either you're REALLY into retro gaming or you're one of the original "hobby computerist" generation.
So, if you're the latter, was it the C-64 or Apple II version? Or maybe Atari 7800/Sega Master System console??

BTW, the E-cookie is a lie!

Hummmm
Systems I have played on
C64(good friend of mine's boy did we log in the hours on that thing)
286 ("")
Intillivision(sp)
Turbo-Duo
Varuois sega systems from master to...saturn
A splash of Nintendo systems(basic and super)
Then I got my first used pc and I have pretty much stayed away from consoles.
Don't get me wrong,I love them for what they are,but I have a pinched nerve in my left hand...
Makes holding a controller longer than 5-10 min painful..

Right now I have a Gateway gt 5058
AMD Athalon 64x2 3800
Vista
2 gigs ram
250 HD
BFG Geforce 8500 GT 512 meg
One of the cheaper sound blaster cards
HP w2207 monitor(I went from an old crt to this...whooo whee)
And cable internet connection

Got my eye on the phenom systems now.Tax time rolls around ill see what I can afford with my refund.
