Can't speak anymore to merchant in Blackwater (bug?)

Hello,
In Blackwater, the game do not allow me to chat with the merchant that sells magic/alchimy items.
The only option I have is to attack him. Is it because i killed the man in the tavern that wanted me to kill lilly?

-He may have witnessed you commit a crime. Or heard to an extent which makes him not talkable. Something of that sort...

If he overheard your crime, you'll have to find the Charm spell and cast that on him. When it wears off, he should be back to normal.
