Eastern Salted Coast mini-mod

A mini-mod for the Eastern Salted Coast. This can be played with Raverdave2k’s mod and my Elderhollow mod or with the original game. Either way, it is best played as a new game.
Also, the boat to Ash Island doesn’t go anywhere yet. (Ash Island is still under construction)
