Weird, I thought I posted this already.

This is an excellent old school (as the kids say these days) party-based RPG, heavy on strategic, turn-based combat, light on quests, plot, etc.

But oh the combat! Dozens of different dungeons, ruins, outdoor encounters. So many enchanting creatures! Anyone who loves turn-based combat will end up in Arkham Asylum after playing Helherron for only a few short hours. It's so much fun, I tell people it should be called 'Helheroin'.

I actually posted about this in ideas for book 2 because I thought the combat/party system is uses is quite good and would work with the current engine with modifications.
