[BUG] Crash on desktop when level up

Hi,
when I click on green cross for level up, the game go out to desktop.
I try to restore many saved game without results.
What can I do for this problem?

What's your operating system, computer specs, and are you playing in Windowed Mode or Full Screen? The game designers will need this info to help you.

Pentium4 3,2Gb
RAM 1 GByte
Video card Nvidia 7600GS 256Gb
Windows XP pro SP2

I'm playing in windowed mode.

I think the the reason why you're not getting replies, Balza, is that most people just don't get this problem - so they don't have any appropriate comments to make.

Are you playing a demo or the full game, and which version? If it's not the current one, 1.04, you should upgrade.

I'm surprised BW hasn't replied, yet, though. Maybe you should PM him with all the details of the problem and the computer specs.

Yes, I just don't have an answer for you right now Balza.

When 10 people report a problem, then it is definitely on my side (the game), but when one person reports a problem that no one else has it is almost always on your side (your computer/drivers).

I have checked the code and cannot find a reason for that crash. Have you tied reinstalling the game? Perhaps the music track for the Character Editor is lost/corrupt and so the game might be crashing if it can't load it.

You can always send me your saved game and I can see if I can get it to crash here. If it does crash here, I have tools to locate the problem.

Take the saved game slot that you want me to see and .zip that folder up. Then attach that to an email and send it to: info AT basiliskgames DOT com
