Problems with starting the game [LAUNCHER]

Hello! Whenever I attempt to start the game the launcher appears and then goes completely white and stays there and does nothing. The task manager shows that it is still running and has not stopped responding. Any help would be appreciative.

Sounds like a driver initialization problem. Make sure your sound and video drivers are up-to-date.
