Version 1.04 is the last available public patch. There may be a link around here, or you can do a quick search on GamersHell or FileFront for it.
Version 1.05 is the current available version, via a new installation. You can send us your order info and we'll activate a new download for you.

I see 1.04 but does that include the fixes from 1.02 1.03 .. it doesnt say..

Yes, it is cumulative. All you need is 1.04 to have all the previous fixes.
