When you send your information, be patient, its holiday time and BW/Plimus are kinda busy.

... email Basilisk Games with your Plimus/BMT Micro order number and they will send you a new download link for the latest version. If you don't have your order number, your name and email address you used to make your purchase with will suffice.

If you ordered this game from another source, contact them to get to allow you another copy. If my information here is wrong, I'm sure someone will fill in the right information.
