In the Eschalon Book I game folder.
I.E. Mine are in D:\Games\Eschalon Book I\Eschalon Book 1 Saved Games\

Surprise, I found mine in c/users/martin/appdata/virtualstore/programfiles(x86)/eschalonbook1
Found them with the search function, then had to un-hide folders in drive c.

Interesting. Could be a version difference... I'm running 1.04. You running off a fresh install of Book I?

I'm running a fresh install of 1.04 on a brand new Dell Studio with windows 7.

Ahh.. It's because of the regular install... since the game is installed in your Program Files (x86) folder, it's not allowed by Windows to make changes to the original install. Thus the "virtual store" folder.
Since my game is installed in a different place, it can correctly write the save files to the game folder.

I made a new folder, c/newgames and installed the game there, copied my save game slots to there and all is well.CrazyBernie wrote:Ahh..
