help with registration plz

so i bought the full version of book 2 and I got the dvd edition.

I remember getting the email soon after with the registration code in case i wanted to download the game and play before the cd got here.

However I recently went out of town and wasnt around when the dvd got here. When I got back i couldnt find the email anymore in my inbox and i noticed that the game package itself didnt come with the code.

I sent an email to the email address I found on the website but havent gotten any response yet and was hoping that someone could tell me how to retrieve my code.

I'd be happy to provide information to prove my purchase.
