First, I should let you know that I've gone over the 1.04 bug list with a fine-tooth comb. That doesn't mean everything got fixed- on the contrary, many minor bugs were pushed aside. Some minor bugs actually require a sizable amount of time and effort to fix, which can easily lead to additional bugs. So, I just fixed the most notorious bugs and those that were easy to catch; others will likely remain in as "features". ;)

Below is the complete change log. Below that are your links. Report any major bugs in this thread. Full release will be by the end of the week if you want to play a non-beta version.

BOOK II 1.05 CHANGE LOG:
Fixed: Magi Surami no longer drops Bluish Key
Fixed: Quick-traveling now properly expires all turn-dependent effects
Fixed: Rapid turn exploit issues with CTRL + Left Mouse clicking
Fixed: Pressing "T" to ignite torch uses a round.
Fixed: Picking up an item doesn't remove its weight from your overall load.
Fixed: Avatar clothes updated properly when unequiping items and placing them directly in a container.
Fixed: Can no longer swap equipment while Stunned or in Parry Mode
Fixed: Can no longer camp atop loot bag.
Fixed: Widget no longer shows in Hellice Lake cabin. Also redesigned the cabin to be less wang-like.
Fixed: Several NPC portraits and sounds were incorrect.
Fixed: A number of minor map bugs.
Fixed: A number of minor bugs related to weapon damage.
Fixed: Overwhelming Volley throws the proper number of weapons, and will throw all weapons carried if less than maximum volley.
Fixed: Entangled creatures can no longer attack you under any circumstances.
Fixed: Certain items no longer show as needing repaired even if game is set for "no deterioration of equipment".
Fixed: Items that are at 100% no longer show a 1gp repair cost.
Fixed: Powder Kegs no longer disappear if your inventory is full.
Fixed: Tweaked Repair Skill (repair while camping) to correct a few anomalies
Fixed: Riposte Feat resets properly after one-hit kills.
Fixed: Portal Spell now displays anchor point info correctly.
Fixed: More typos as reported by players.
Fixed: Disarm Trap animation not so slow on Macintosh.
Fixed: Hunger/Thrist bug when sleeping at Inn.
Fixed: Weight calculation bug when lifting objects from containers and dropping powder kegs.
Updated: Changed the wording on the Shield deflection bonus.
Updated: Changed Cat's Eyes spell just a bit. Should work fine under all circumstances.
Updated: New Screen Capture function works almost everywhere inside the game.
Updated: Edwin no longer accuses you of a crime by just touching the door inside his office.
Balance: Starvation and Dehydration damage is now compounded, so the more hungry or thirsty your character is, the more damage he/she endures.
Balance: Poison now compounds not only in duration, but amount of trauma as well.
Balance: General Ghorr is more powerful, as are some of the other Taurax
Balance: Hellbringer Challenge raised to >800 kills.
Balance: Wealthy Lord Challenge rasied to >80,000 gp.
Added: New map areas, including Fathamurk dungeon beneath the Farrock Caves.
Added: Several new Item bonuses
Added: You can now pour potions on to the ground (to get an empty flask). Just act like you are throwing a potion away to pour it out.

Awesome! Thanks for the hard work. I'll test this out with my three Book II characters tonight.
Added: New map areas, including Fathamurk dungeon beneath the Farrock Caves.
Where are the other new locations, or do we have to figure it out for ourselves? Are any maps modified (requiring a new character) or are they just new maps?

Aww, I kind of liked being such a tough guy that I could ignore poison and hunger. Oh well.

I'll be testing as soon as I can transfer the download to my laptop..or my son will for me. I discovered I had a 20th level character about to go into the tower and got her ready for the transfer. Probably late tonight and I can play tomorrow. THanks!!!!

Its a shame you never fixed the unending storm sounds. I never encountered it until today after just getting the 1.05 version. Anyone know what I have to do to end it?

Hey Basilisk. I'm at work so can't test at the moment but I tested the original 1.05 release (the ice lance spamming quick regen mage) - are you able to sum up what changes have been made since that version? Will I need to start over again with my pre 1.05 character or is the additional content separate?

Bah, who am I kidding? I have no willpower. Instead of attempting to get through the gigantic stack of stuff I need to get done by this weekend, I just played through Fathamurk with a new character. First off - well done, BW! The expansion is all I could've hoped for. I know you said to just submit major bugs in here, but there's a couple of smaller things I noticed, certainly not release blockers:

1) Occasionally, hitting Esc to stop camping brings up the game menu instead of just stopping camping. I'd say maybe 20% of the time? Maybe 10%? This is on Loonix, if that helps.

2) I noticed that Mystic Rings are stackable (though other rings appear not to be). Possibly this was a potential issue in earlier builds and I just never noticed.

... and one more which I'll spoilerify since it contains some details about the new areas:

Return to Korren bug still exists. When I bring him the Crux of Fire he does not recognize that I have it.

Can you tell me the precise method for getting this bug. I can't seem to reproduce it.

My computer keeps stopping the download before it's complete and trying to mount a defective file, so third time will hopefully be the charm.

Be updated if he right now is angry or only if I re-play it ? I recently discovered he was angry after several hours in the town.

Very nice expansion, I enjoyed the run through the new dungeon. Some nice design work there.

I'm still not sure I found everything... there could have been some sneaky areas somewhere that I didn't catch. Including one door to a little corner I didn't find a way to open.

Minor disappointments: Not being able to blow up the pipes and cause a big mess (or perhaps I wasn't clever enough), and not finding any really cool gear that improved my character build.

Extra credit for: Time travel. :D

Memorable muttering: "Hmmm maybe I didn't need all these explosive barrels I brought in with me..."
