Post by bushmins »

Something i have been wondering about. Im a mage and carry a staff. How do i hit things with it when i want to use it instead of a spell and when i want to hit a door? Do i hold 'shift' and click?

Yes, shift-clicking on an object adjacent to you should hit it with your primary weapon (your staff in this case--your hands if you're not carrying the staff).

The only difference is the "sturdiness" of the object you're hitting with. In Book I, every weapon has a likelihood that it will shatter while using it to whack stuff. Some items are more likely to shatter than others.
