What is the best way to increase the duration of my Druid buffs like Bless and Stoneskin? Thanks

Bless is fixed duration, so if you want to have it up all the time you should pump Perception to increase max mana and mana regeneration.
Stoneskin is rounds per casting level, so cast it at a higher level. In Book II you need 20 magic skill to cast a tier-two spell at level 6, and it's probably similar in Book I.
