One of the main reasons I hang around this forum waiting for news about Eschalon Book3 is that I love RPGs with TB combat. Since there are so few of these games being made these days I'm always on the hunt for new ones.

I just saw this and despite the fact that I'm poor I decided to pledge $15. Old-school, turn-based, isometric follow up to the game that inspired Fallout? YES, PLEASE! :mrgreen:

I hope they get enough in this kickstarter campaign for a Mac release...

I happily pledged $50 + international shipping for the boxed edition. It felt really good clicking the confirm button.

I've always thought their had to be a business model for making RPG's somewhere between indie and AAA.

I plan on trying to pony up at least 50, if not 100, next paycheck.

If i could give 5k i would. This game sounds awesome and has the creative teams that i would kill for.

They're over $400,000 already! While I highly doubt this will drum up 3 million like the Double Fine Adventures Kickstarter (which I also backed) did, it's highly likely they will reach their goal of $900,000 and more. Man, I'm really excited about this! :mrgreen:

They'll only need to get it up to $1.5 million. I kicked in my .001% of the goal.

They're at $700,000 as of this writing. The goal of $900,000 seems like almost a sure thing and I think the 1.5 million needed for the Mac release is definitely within play.

Over $1 million pledged with more than a month to go, and they've announced Linux support as well if they reach the $1.5 million level or above.

Sweet, I think they'll have no problem hitting the 1.5 million mark so we'll most likely get a PC/Mac/Linux release.
