I think Divination basically fixes the food and water issue

The point of having a massive Endurance and high HP regeneration rate isn't to avoid needing to eat and drink, but it is an amusing side effect. Also, you can detonate powder kegs with your fists and intentionally walk through portcullis traps.

Sounds like you figured out how to become a god in eschalon ^_^.

The problem with high HP regeneration or Mana for spellcasters was that you still needed to sleep to forage and repair equipment. Otherwise just a short walk would bring you back to full strength.

You don't need to repair all that often to keep your equipment in good shape, even with a relatively modest score. And I'm usually too impatient to camp for forage. When I decide to forage, I dedicate myself to it and spend a few weeks down by the docks in Port Kuudad. It's less dirty than it sounds, I promise.
