Daggerfall and Morrowind
Heroes of Might and Magic 2 & 3 (I know not technically a pure RPG).
Realmz (wish this game still worked for me, so sad)
Exile
Ultima Online (Eschalon really reminds me of this game, particularly the soundtrack for the level up screen).

just remembered the even older SSI's-
pool of radiance, secret of the silver blades, curse of the azure bonds.
all the gateway series also.

I just love that tactical hex combat, in the good old D&D setting.

i even heard there are remakes of them from the "dungeoncraft" engine, but i have no idea how to get them.
